The application deadline for the FALL 2010 Langley Aerospace Research Summer Scholars (LARSS) Program is May 19, 2010.
The LARSS Program is managed for NASA Langley by the Virginia Space Grant Consortium under a sub-award from the National Institute of Aerospace. This program provides hands-on paid research experiences for qualified undergraduate and graduate students (rising juniors and above) on-site at NASA Langley Research Center. In addition, it serves as a major pipeline program for further opportunities with NASA. We offer three sessions, summer, fall, and spring. The fall session is a 15-week internship. The application is a completely electronic process that can be submitted quickly, so don’t be discouraged by the quickly approaching deadline! Women and underrepresented groups are also encouraged to apply. The eligibility requirements are below:

• US citizenship (Permanent residents are not eligible.)
• Rising junior and above, unless LARSS Bridge qualified – see website
• 3.0/4.0 cumulative GPA
• Pursuing a major of interest to NASA
