NASA Goddard Announces a Second Application Opportunity for Summer of 2009 – Deadline March 8, 2009

The NASA Goddard Space Flight Center has announced a second round of internship selections for this summer!  This means that any students who may have missed the application deadline in January may still apply for an internship position this summer.

If you are interested in this type of opportunity, please visit the application website for details.  The Goddard facility is located just outside Washington, DC in suburban Maryland, Goddard interns are well positioned to take advantage of many local opportunities. The close proximity to NASA Headquarters gives students unequaled access to government and space industry decision makers. Area universities serve as host to many space related activities, such as the Space Systems Laboratory at the University of Maryland, and the Space Telescope Science Institute at the Johns Hopkins University.
